Upcoming home buying seminars presented by Neighbors Credit Union

ST. LOUIS, MO (February 25, 2015) — On March 3 (Affton, MO), March 19 (Hazelwood, MO) and March 26 (St. Peters, MO), Neighbors Credit Union will host three free, educational Home Buying Seminars.

Chris Smith, Mortgage Manager, and Scott Beeman, Mortgage Development Officer, from Neighbors Credit Union will conduct these seminars. Topics covered will include: how your credit report can affect your ability to get a loan, what mortgage lenders you should be looking at, how large of a down payment you should make and what type of loan is best for you. Realtors from local agencies will also be present to speak about the importance of buying a home and what to look for when home shopping.
