Ventura County Credit Union opens new branch at 687 West Channel Islands Boulevard
PORT HUENEME, CA (October 2, 2013) — Today Momentum, a national design-build firm, and Ventura County Credit Union (VCCU) announce the grand opening of a new branch office at 687 West Channel Islands Boulevard.
The newly renovated office features an ADA Teller Station and member waiting area. The branch also includes a 24-hour ATM, full deposit, loan, and electronic services, including areas for tellers, investments, and financial education.
Momentum oversaw the design, construction and implementation of the office, which used the services of local contractors on the entire project. “This project demonstrates VCCU’s commitment to the community, its employees and its members, and we’re honored to be a part of it”, said Jim Haack, President of Momentum.
The Port Hueneme branch marks Ventura’s sixth branch in California. “We feel so fortunate to open our sixth VCCU branch in Ventura County,” says Joe Schroeder, President and CEO of VCCU. “As we grow our success, and the success of our members grows as well, we’re grateful to join and serve the Port Hueneme community.”
