VyStar hiring up to 50 employees in Jacksonville and Gainesville contact centers
JACKSONVILLE, FL (August 13, 2020) — VyStar Credit Union is currently hiring to fill up to 50 full-time Contact Center positions to assist with a recent increase in the volume of transactions that are completed online and over the phone.
The positions were created to adapt to a shift in member behavior as well as manage current and future growth as the credit union continues to expand into new markets. VyStar now has more than 725,000 members based primarily in Florida and Georgia. Contact Center employees are available to help members with various financial transactions and answer questions related to accounts, loan payments and more.

In recent years, VyStar has extended its Contact Center hours to be available for members who need assistance outside of normal branch hours. The Contact Center is open every day, from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., excluding holidays. Members can also speak to a VyStar representative through VyChat, an online communication platform.
