Wescom Resources Group wins Best of Show Award at the CUNA Technology Council Conference

MADISON, WI (October 9, 2013) — The CUNA Technology Council presented its 3rd Annual Best of Show Award to Wescom Resources Group (WRG) at the 18th Annual CUNA Technology Council Conference, held September 22-25, in Hollywood, Calif.

WRG was recognized for its TellergySM tablet software that uses standard Apple or Windows tablets to support member identification, signature capture and archival, targeted marketing, and eReceipt delivery to members interacting with tellers or member service representatives in the branch.

“The innovation here is that we are bringing retail and mobile technology to credit union branches, which provides multiple functions in a simplistic format,” states WRG President Tim Dolan. “We have streamlined several processes for the member, combined with a very elegant way to promote products and grow our member engagement. It’s time we utilize new technology in our branches like Tellergy to create a stronger, more meaningful connection with members.”

When announcing WRG as a Best of Show winner, Belinda Caillouet, vice president of information technology for Spokane Teachers CU in Spokane, Wash. and chair of the CUNA Technology Council, said “Bringing member delight and efficiency together, WRG delivers its tablet friendly signature capture solution at the teller line.”

Since 2011, the CUNA Technology Council has presented the Best of Show award to the speed round sponsor(s) that demonstrates a commitment to delivering technology that will further the growth of products and services in the credit union marketplace. Vendors’ products are evaluated by attendees during speed round presentations at the conference.
