Y-12 Federal Credit Union hires Chief Experience Officer and VP of HR & Talent Development

OAK RIDGE, TN (December 2, 2019) — Courtland Crouchet joined Y-12 FCU as Chief Experience Officer.  Crouchet has worked in the credit union industry his entire career, and is passionate about serving employees and members.  He most recently served as the Senior Vice President & Chief Retail Officer for Texas Dow Employees Credit Union where he oversaw 35 branches, the contact center, digital banking, business development and four wholly owned CUSOs. Crouchet has a BS in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration from the University of New Orleans. He was born and raised in New Orleans and now makes his home in Knoxville.

Lynn Boston has joined Y-12 FCU as VP of HR & Talent Development. Boston has over 15 years of Human Resources experience in addition to several years in the financial services industry.  Boston has led HR operations for several large organizations and most recently worked as a Senior HR Consultant.  She earned a BA in English from the University of North Florida and a MS in Human Resources Management from Capella University.  Boston grew up in Jacksonville Beach, Florida and now resides in East Knoxville. As Vice-President of Human Resources & Talent Development Boston’s primary focus will be on employee engagement and talent development.
