YouthCARE of Minneapolis and St. Paul partner with TopLine Federal Credit Union to conduct youth financial literacy workshop

(February 11, 2015) — TopLine Federal Credit Union recently teamed up with YouthCARE (Youth for Cultural Appreciation and Racial Equality) of Minneapolis and St. Paul to provide a financial literacy workshop for youth who participate in their Community Service Stars Employment Training Program.
