The CUInsight Network podcast: Small dollar lending – QCash Financial (#59)

Featuring Seth Brickman, CEO of QCash Financial CUSO

Thank you for tuning in to episode 59 of The CUInsight Network, with your host, Lauren Culp, Publisher & CEO of CUInsight.com. In The CUInsight Network, we take a deeper dive with the thought leaders who support the credit union community. We discuss issues and challenges facing credit unions and identify best practices to learn and grow together.

My guest on today’s show is Seth Brickman, CEO of QCash Financial CUSO. Seth is a return guest, so we started this episode discussing changes in the economic environment since we last spoke and how QCash has evolved. QCash is a CUSO that helps credit unions serve members experiencing a financial need and approve loans more often through their patented relational underwriting system. Seth talks about financial inclusion and the vital role credit unions play in protecting members from predatory lenders.

During our conversation, Seth and I chat about financial access and inclusion and how QCash supports lending while mitigating risk. He discusses new products, programs, and technology being used to increase financial inclusion. As we look to the future, QCash is committed to collaborating with credit unions to improve the financial well-being of individuals and communities. QCash continues to support and empower credit unions so they can approve more loans and improve more lives.

As we wrap up the episode, Seth talks about race cars, his puppy, and the city that holds a special meaning for him. Enjoy my conversation with Seth Brickman!
