4 tips for getting on the road to wealth

If you want to build wealth, you’ve got to live differently. If you’re ready to start a journey down that path, here are four tips from Entrepreneur to get you started…

Get up early: If you’re ready to raise your game, you can’t be the last one playing. Make it your goal to wake up, get caffeinated, work out, eat breakfast, shower, get ready, and beat everyone in to the office. If you’re getting up that early and still getting plenty of sleep, you’ll be a happy camper.

Be connected: You’ve probably heard that it’s not what you know, it’s who you know. People say it because it’s true. Networking leads to shared ideas, innovation, and connections that can help make things happen.

Stay busy: If you’re bored, you’re not working hard enough. While you might not strive to work 80-100 hours a week like Elon Musk (can’t blame you for that), if you’re only putting in your 40 and heading home, you may not be pushing yourself hard enough to achieve greatness.

Less TV, more reading: TV might keep you entertained, but books can help you expand your knowledge and improve yourself. I’m not sure watching The Bachelor ever did that for anyone. Then again, I’ve never watched a minute of The Bachelor (and I feel good about that).
