The MECU Foundation aims to set a fundraising record with its 19th Annual Charity Cup Golf Tournament, Md., on Friday, September 26, 2025.
The Foundation is excited to welcome PFP as this year’s first-time Shirt Sponsor.
Their support will be crucial in helping the Foundation support Baltimore communities and reach their fundraising goal. While the Shirt sponsorship is sold out, there are other ways to become involved, including monetary and in-kind contributions, sponsoring meals, hole sponsorships, advertising in the digital program, and donating raffle prizes for participants.
Donations from the tournament will go toward the MECU Foundation’s efforts to give back to Baltimore City school students and fulfill their mission to improve the financial education and literacy of the communities they serve.
Cassie Motz, Executive Director of CollegeBound Foundation, expounds on the impact of the MECU Foundation’s contributions: “Providing full-time college advisors and scholarships to talented Baltimore City Schools’ students doesn’t happen without the continued commitment of partners like the MECU Foundation. Partnerships like this help fuel our mission to make meaningful change for Baltimore City public school students.” Motz continued, “With this year’s ambitious $100,000 fundraising goal, every contribution to the Charity Cup makes a difference in helping more students access the resources, mentorship, and scholarships they need to succeed in college and beyond.”

Since its inception in 1998, the MECU Foundation has donated over $800,000 towards Baltimore City Schools, scholarships, non-profit educational programs, and more than 100 charitable organizations.
