Thanks to the generosity of our members, staff and partners, Canyon State Credit Union delivered over 200,000 diapers during KTAR’s Mac & Gaydos’ annual Caring for Kids event benefitting Child Crisis Arizona and Arizona Helping Hands.

Child Crisis Arizona provides hope and services to vulnerable children and families. Child Crisis Arizona operates the only emergency shelters for children in the Valley, is a leading resource to license, train and support foster and adoptive families and provides early childhood education through a preschool, parenting classes, workshops and playgroups. Jodi Stoken, Chief Development Officer, stated “I am thrilled with the outpouring of donations. These donations make a huge difference in our effort to help children and families who are struggling.
Arizona Helping Hands assists foster families who have provided a safe environment for children in the Arizona Department of Child Safety system. Dan Schufelt, CEO, stated “We endeavor to make lives better for kids in foster care. I am blown away by how generous the Phoenix community is to Caring for Kids!!”
