Wings Financial Credit Union is pleased to announce the launch of an informational skill for Amazon’s digital assistant, Alexa. Now available, the skill can be accessed via Amazon Echo devices. Alexa users can access Wings information with statements like “Alexa, ask Wings Financial how to become a member” and “Alexa, ask Wings Financial for the routing number”. Other available information includes branch locations and hours, current rates and career opportunities. Additional topics will be added throughout 2018.
“Wings strives to provide our members with the best possible digital experience,” said David Mason, Wings Financial’s Senior Vice President of Digital Experience and Chief Information Officer. “The Alexa skill was created to make the user experience easier for our members who seek general information about the credit union. We hope to add additional information over the next year.”
