Summit Credit Union welcomes James P. Grenon as VP of Administration

Summit Credit Union has named James P. Grenon as their Vice President of Administration. Grenon will be responsible for overseeing Human Resources, Marketing, and Business Development.

“James brings a wide-ranging background steeped in the credit union movement to the Summit Credit Union team. I look forward to watching James continue to develop his skill set in this strategically important position,” says Sam Whitehurst, President & CEO at Summit Credit Union.

Grenon received his B.S. in Economics from East Carolina University and his MBA from the University of Phoenix. He brings over 18 years of managerial experience in the financial services industry of which 11 years have been in the credit union industry.

Most recently, Grenon served as the Member Financial Wellness Program Manager for Piedmont Advantage Credit Union in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, where he was instrumental in the implementation, strategic planning, and growth of the financial wellness and investment solutions program.
