Beach Municipal Federal Credit Union is pleased to announce that Carolina Valverde and Doris White are the recipients of this year’s Beach Municipal Federal Credit Union Education Scholarship. Carolina, a recent graduate of Green Run Collegiate, will be continuing her education at the College of William and Mary where she will pursue a degree in pre-med. Doris, who graduated from Salem High School, will be attending Virginia Wesleyan University where she will major in health sciences.
Carolina and Doris were each awarded a $2,500 scholarship based on their exceptional academics, original essays and extensive involvement in both school and the community.
We are also pleased to announce that Claire Lundberg and Keith Rosenberg were selected as 2019 Jack E. O’Connor Memorial Scholarship recipients through the Tidewater Chapter of the Virginia Credit Union League.
