Reliant Credit Union is pleased to announce that Crissy Bergmann has joined the team as Vice President of Human Resources. Ms. Bergmann previously served as Senior Human Resource Business Partner at Baldwin Richardson Foods.
As Reliant’s Vice President of Human Resources Ms. Bergmann provides leadership in developing and executing human resource strategy in support of talent acquisition, training and development, and performance management.

Ms. Bergmann received a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from the State University of New York at Brockport. She then continued her studies at Nazareth College where she obtained a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management. She currently teaches a graduate school class at Nazareth College and serves on the board of Rochester’s Exploration Elementary Charter School for Science and Technology. She lives in Farmington, and in her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring new restaurants and spending time outdoors.
