On Friday, August 27, 2021, First Capital managers took part in the United Way of York County’s Day of Action and landscaped around Leg Up Farm, a nonprofit therapy center for children with special needs.
“First Capital loves taking part in the United Way Day of Action,” said Lisa Barshinger, Community & Business Development Manager. “We have such a great relationship with Leg Up Farm, which made this day even more rewarding.”
United Way Day of Action is a high-energy, fun day of volunteering that has a profound impact on the United Way’s nonprofit partners. Nearly 450 volunteers gave their time, at 27 various project sites across York County.
