UVA Community Credit Union welcomes Louis D. Farina, Jr. as senior commercial loan officer

UVA Community Credit Union is pleased to welcome Louis D. Farina, Jr. (Lou) as a senior commercial loan officer. Farina will be responsible for building business relationships and providing banking solutions to members with businesses located in the City of Charlottesville, Albemarle County, and the surrounding areas. The Credit Union’s commercial loan portfolio includes real estate, construction, equipment, and vehicle loans as well as lines of credit.

Farina has 37 years’ experience in the financial services industry. For the last 24 years he worked at First Citizens Bank & Trust Company, where he most recently served as senior vice president. A graduate of Hampton-Sydney College, Farina earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Political Science.
