Mid-Hudson Valley Federal Credit Union (MHV) has proudly partnered with People’s Place to provide Fiscal Fridays at the Wellness Empowerment Center.
People’s Place – long known for its thrift store and food pantry – launched the Wellness Empowerment Center to enhance the quality of every individual’s life. The Center offers free classes on health, wellness, nutrition and finances.
MHV has worked with People’s Place to offer Fiscal Fridays since July of this year. Offered every week at 10:30 AM, the classes offer participants information on credit, general banking, savings strategies, budgeting, college financing and more.
Fiscal Friday sessions are scheduled through the remainder of 2021. Beginning November 19, the classes will be offered in Spanish.
