DEI Incorporated promoted Jamie Case from senior project manager to executive vice president of construction and added a new vice president of sales management and interior designer.
As DEI’s new executive vice president of construction, Case will be responsible for all construction projects and team members and maintaining client relations. Case has dedicated the past 18 of his 25 years of construction industry experience to DEI. He feels strongly about mentoring his employees and encourages them to continue their education and advancement in their field.
“I think it’s important for our project managers and assistant project managers to be able to come to me whenever they have a question. I also encourage them to brainstorm with their peers for solutions,” says Case. “At the end of the day, we’re all on the same team.”
Heather Rogers is joining DEI as vice president of sales management. She has a background in sales development and will be building relationships throughout the U.S.
Samantha Luna, a recent graduate of the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, was added to the DEI design team as an interior designer. She has experience in healthcare and retail design.
