Redwood Credit Union welcomes new San Francisco Branch Experience Manager

Redwood Credit Union has hired Melissa Hail as branch experience manager of its San Francisco branch. In her new role, Hail is responsible for overseeing member service, staff development, and daily branch operations, as well as partnering with local businesses and community organizations.

Hail has more than 12 years of local credit union experience. Prior to joining RCU, she was assistant branch manager at Golden 1 Credit Union.

Committed to serving those in need and advocating for those less fortunate, Hail volunteers with Break Free, 3Strands Global Foundation, the JDRF Northern California Chapter, and Habitat for Humanity, among others.
