Money is tight. We’re all feeling the sting of inflation. With many students and families already struggling to pay the tuition bill, higher education may not be an option for some. Blue Eagle Credit Union hopes the ten $1,000 scholarships they’re offering again this year will help ease the tuition burden.
This isn’t just for graduating High School seniors. The Blue Eagle Credit Union Alexander Scholarship is also open to those already attending higher education or those wishing to further their higher education. Full details can be found in the Alexander Scholarship application.
Alexander Scholarship applications are currently being accepted until April 30, 2023, and can be found on the Blue Eagle Credit Union website. Recipients will be notified by May 31, 2023.
The Alexander Scholarship is one of several unique education programs Blue Eagle Credit Union offers. The Credit Union awards thousands of dollars each year to student members in grades K-12 through their Report Card Rewards program, has awarded more than $37,000 to local teachers since 2016 through their Teacher Grant program, and also offers a gamified financial education app, Zogo, where you can learn and receive gift cards as you level up your knowledge.
