Conway, offers more than 15 years of experience as a former credit union executive with extensive background in strategic planning, brand development, member experience, retail delivery and public relations. She speaks the language of CEOs, top executives, and Boards of Directors – easily merging planning and strategy into results-driven deliverables. Bryn drives marketing excellence and is ever focused on BC Consulting’s mission: to help organizations achieve success by developing and implementing growth strategies. Bryn is a Credit Union Development Educator (CUDE), a Global Women’s Leadership Network (GWLN) Ambassador, Co-Chair of Washington DC GWLN Sister Society, Credit Union Cherry Blossom 10-Mile Run participant, and a member of the American Marketing Association.
