His approach is grounded in the belief that credit unions are a reflection of their communities and that strong, inclusive leadership is essential to fulfilling their mission.
An active advocate for the credit union movement, Carl has served in leadership roles within his local credit union league chapter, including several years as chapter president. He also dedicates his time to mentoring youth in the greater Charlotte, North Carolina area.
Carl holds a Master of Business Administration from Pfeiffer University and a Bachelor’s degree from Murray State University. He is a certified Credit Union Development Educator (CUDE) and a Certified Credit Union Financial Counselor (CCUFC).
