Jayni founded Marketing Solutions Unlimited, a credit union marketing company, in 2001 to offer creative solutions to marketing challenges in the credit union industry. Her vision was to build a company that would assist credit unions with their marketing needs, regardless of their asset size or budget. She has spoken nationwide at League Conventions, Chapter Meetings, Marketing Conferences, Board of Directors Meetings, Data Processor Users Conferences, and NCUA seminars.

She earned her CUDE (Credit Union Development Educator) certification from the National Credit Union Foundation in 2003.
