Managing Director LPS Applied Analytics
Robert Walker is a Managing Director for the Lender Processing Services (LPS) Applied Analytics division. Rob is in charge of all real estate product development; including, but not limited to, automated valuation model development and all products emanating from LPS’ SiteX platform.
A thought leader in the development and application of AVMs, and the author of multiple articles on their use and application, Mr. Walker holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Vanderbilt University in Nashville and a master’s degree in Business Administration from Columbia University in New York.
Rob’s professional goal is to create the next generation of valuation tools that successfully integrate computer based analysis with local market expertise. The developmental goal is to engineer faster and more reliable valuation products for residential lending.
