Executive compensation and benefits consultancy Burns-Fazzi, Brock in Charlotte, N.C., said Monday it acquired Executive Compensation Solutions in Covina, Calif.

Terms were not announced but the BFB announcement said ECS clients will be served from the company’s Charlotte headquarters, as well as its corporate offices in Ogden, Utah, and suburban Los Angeles, and field offices across the country.
