Fraud alert – The latest in ATM/ITM attacks

  • [01:10] ATM/ITM attacks have been taking place for over a year now. They are hooking up the ATM/ITM and they are pulling it off the foundation. Usually, the attacks happen around 3 AM.
  • [02:31] The biggest thing is putting the barriers around the ATMs/ITMs. The cement barriers are ever so critical. 
  • [06:27] Confirm that your ATMs/ITMs are chip-enabled, in case they decide to use counterfeit cards. Make sure it only uses a chip and doesn’t allow swipe transactions.
  • [07:51] It is not if, it is when they are going to attack.
