Nussle on #TogetherTuesday: CUs essential, ‘financial first responders’
CUNA President/CEO Jim Nussle was the latest guest on the National Credit Union Foundation’s Together Tuesday video series this week. Launched last month as a dose of weekly inspiration, Nussle’s is the sixth episode so far.
Nussle discusses that while credit unions are currently facing the most difficult times since they were created during the Great Depression, the ingenuity throughout the credit union movement shows that they are essential as financial first responders.
He shared stories he’s heard during his interactions with Leagues and credit unions around the country as they deal with the pandemic of service toward members, communities and staff.
