Perhaps it’s the small credit unions that will survive

During my recent travels leading digital marketing and lead generation workshops, my thoughts on who will survive in a humanized digital economy began to change.

This was spurred by a common theme when talking with credit union and bank leaders who all shared similar thoughts:

“There is no way we can implement a digital marketing and lead generation system because we are too small.”

At first, it was hard to empathize with them. Many times, at industry events we often hear that if you are too small, you won’t be able to scale or use technology the way larger players can.

But is that true? Can small credit unions or banks survive in a humanized digital economy?
