Any time we can talk about saving anything, that’s usually a good thing. In this instance we are talking with NCUA’s Director of the Office of Consumer Protection Gail Laster about American Saves and Military Saves Week — which is next week (Feb. 24 – Mar. 1). Gail tells us the connection between this week-long event and NCUA — along with NCUA’s participation in promoting these initiatives.
We also talk about the status of NCUA’s MyCreditUnion.gov website, as well as PocketCents.com — a site dedicated to helping Youth, Tweens and Teens, Young Adults, Parents and Educators, Families, Seniors, and Service members learn how to make smarter financial decisions for a stronger, brighter future.
