Golden 1 Credit Union (Golden 1) is pleased to expand its leadership team with the addition of Jay Tkachuk as its first Senior Vice President, Chief Digital Officer. As Golden 1 continues to drive member engagement through digital services, the addition of Tkachuk to the executive staff will further support the credit union’s commitment to its statewide membership.

Tkachuk, who was recruited through a nationwide search, brings more than 14 years of experience leading digital strategy, user experience and innovation in financial services. Prior to joining Golden 1, Tkachuk was Senior Vice President of Digital Services at Security Service Federal Credit Union in Texas. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Texas McCombs School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin.
