1st United Credit Union named a 2021 Bay Area Top Workplace
PLEASANTON, CA (August 26, 2021) — For the third consecutive year, 1st United Credit Union has been awarded a Top Workplaces honor by The Bay Area News Group. The list is based on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC.
The anonymous survey measures 15 drivers of engaged cultures that are critical to the success of any organization: including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.
