67 earn designation as Certified Credit Union Internal Auditors
WASHINGTON, DC (November 28, 2018) — 67 credit union professionals earned their Certified Credit Union Internal Auditor (CCUIA) designations this October after attending CUNA & ACUIA Internal Audit Certification School. These designees have successfully demonstrated their mastery of core auditing competencies.
“Everyone in the credit union internal auditing world should take the time to attend this school regardless of their position or experience level,” said Nancy Hwang, director of internal audit, Altura Credit Union. “It has the latest auditing best practices and the networking is too valuable to pass up.”
CUNA and ACUIA have announced that they will begin holding the school annually. The 2019 CUNA & ACUIA Internal Audit Certification School will be held from March 25-28 in Atlanta. Registration for the event is now open.
