ABNB – insurance agency principal wins 2014 Young Professional of the Year
CHESAPEAKE, VA (August 1, 2014) — ABNB is proud to announce that Robert N. Grandy, III, principal of ABNB’s insurance agency, Members Assurance Property & Casualty, was honored with the 2014 Young Professional of the Year award by the Professional Insurance Agents Association of Virginia and the District of Columbia (PIAVA/DC).
Grandy accepted the award at the 78th Annual PIAVA/DC Convention and Trade Fair, which included over 350 independent insurance agency personnel. The award recognizes Grandy for his excellence in his profession and association service. Member’s Assurance has been recognized as the top new business producer for one insurance carrier in both 2012 and 2013. Since launching in 2009, Grandy has grown his agency from 2 agents to now 5 producers. In addition, his agency’s gross revenue has increased an average of almost 100% each year.
