ACUMA 2019 Deep Dive Workshops registration is now open

MIDDLETON, WI (March 4, 2019) — It’s time to take the next step for your mortgage lending program. Register now for ACUMA’s 2019 “Deep Dive” Workshops. You’ll receive an in-depth opportunity to hear and discuss the latest industry developments and interact with mortgage experts and credit union leaders. You and your credit union can take the next step for your mortgage-lending program—to be sure you’re ready to compete into the future and grow your business.

This won’t be your normal, classroom-style workshop. Every session will be interactive. You will be able to ask questions “live” during each session using our event’s mobile app. We’ll have shorter sessions—and more room for exchanges—so you can get the most out of your attendance for your individual situation. In addition to speakers we’ll also offer “roundtables” with topics that you select—and lots of room for networking.

We’ve designed the same program at two fabulous locations: San Diego, May 14-15 at the Marriott Gaslamp Quarter Hotel or Nashville, June 18-19 at the Westin Hotel.

Here are just a few of the topics we’ll discuss:

  • Winning ways to grow your market share with existing members.
  • How to successfully build out an “outside” sales team.
  • Affordable housing outreach strategies.
  • Tying up TRID and HMDA loose ends: How credit unions are dealing with the details.
  • What the changing appraisal landscape means for your underwriting and collateral evaluation policies.
  • Successful strategies for partnering with Realtors.
  • Social media: managing the good and best practices when the reviews don’t go your way.
