American Heritage Credit Union and The Kids-N-Hope Foundation invite community to free drive-through illumination display

PHILADELPHIA, PA (October 21, 2020) — Nothing shines like American Heritage Credit Union (American Heritage) during the holiday season. American Heritage and The Kids-N-Hope Foundation (The Foundation) invite the community to drive through their main campus at 2060 Red Lion Road any evening from November 23rd until New Years to enjoy more than 400,000 lights from the comfort and safety of the car.

Each year, the American Heritage campus buildings and trees are illuminated, and the public is free to visit the campus to enjoy the lights. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, American Heritage and the Kids-N-Hope Foundation are not able to host their annual in-person holiday event, but its campus will be enhanced with the most decorations and holiday lights to date and families are invited to drive through, enjoy and take family photos in a socially-distanced manner.

What:           Free Annual Drive-Through Grand Illumination, featuring more than 400,000 holiday lights

Where:         American Heritage Credit Union Campus

                       2060 Red Lion Road, Philadelphia, PA 19115

How:             Enter through Red Lion Road or Jamison Road entrance.  Parking available for socially distant photos.

When:          Monday, November 23 through Sunday, January 3, Daily beginning at dusk

Why:             Drive-Through Grand Illumination supports the Kids-N-Hope Foundation

“Grand Illumination has been a long-standing tradition here in our community, and each year we look forward to the joy it brings to families in the Philadelphia area, and the fundraising opportunity it presents for the Kids-N-Hope Foundation,” stated Bruce K. Foulke, President & CEO of American Heritage Credit Union and Chairman of the Kids-N-Hope Foundation. “We are disappointment that we are unable to host an in-person event this year due to safety restrictions, but we still want to bring the holiday spirit to our members and the community, and our campus will be illuminated better than ever this year.  Our free, drive-through Grand Illumination is our holiday gift to the community. And, families will still have the opportunity to support the Kids-N-Hope Foundation through online donations.”

American Heritage Credit Union invites the public to its Northeast Philadelphia campus each evening from November 23 through January 3 to enjoy its free Drive-Through Grand Illumination event. Presented by American Heritage and the Kids-N-Hope Foundation, the Grand Illumination features more than 400,000 lights, invites the public to visit and drive through, enjoy the lights and take family photos in a socially-distanced manner.

The American Heritage main campus buildings and trees will be illuminated by more than 400,000 lights for the community to enjoy from the comfort and safety of the car!
