Andrews Federal Credit Union hires new VP Controller

SUITLAND, MD (June 11, 2020) — Andrews Federal Credit Union announces it has hired Brian Daskalovitz as the Vice President Controller. Brian will oversee all Accounting and Finance operational functions and strategies.

Brian is an accomplished executive with seven years of experience in the credit union industry. He has been a certified public accountant since 2015 and is well versed in managing asset liability and liquidity. Brian joins us from Fairfax County Federal Credit Union, where he most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer and Director of Branch Operations. There he was responsible for the overall financial results of the Credit Union.

Brian is a graduate of Towson University with a bachelor’s in Accounting and holds an MBA in Management from the University of Baltimore. He currently resides in Hamilton, Virginia, with his wife and six-year-old daughter. In his spare time, Brian serves as a volunteer on the Planning Commission for the Town of Hamilton.
