Arbor Financial Credit Union is pleased to announce that Heidi Walker has joined the Mortgage Lending team as a Mortgage Loan Originator. Heidi has worked at many credit unions throughout the Grand Rapids community since 2008, and before joining the Mortgage Lending team, she served as the Hudsonville branch manager.
Heidi already has years of experience helping Arbor Financial members reach their financial goals and is excited to continue fostering relationships by assisting new and existing members in achieving their dreams of homeownership. She looks forward to helping first-time buyers navigate the path to homeownership, as well as current homeowners looking for their next dream home. Her goal is to make the process of applying for a new mortgage or refinancing an existing mortgage as simple and stress-free as possible.
In addition to working on the Mortgage Lending team, Heidi is also a full-time graduate student at Michigan State University, thus Heidi can usually be found studying with her two four-legged study buddies; Rexie and Birch. When Heidi is not assisting members or studying, she loves spending time with her family in the beautiful Michigan outdoors and cheering on her son, Brad, while he wrestles for the Byron Center varsity wrestling team.
