Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. (Gallagher), one of the world’s largest insurance brokerage, risk management and consulting firms, named Ascentra Credit Union a Best-in-Class Employer for 2023 based on the results from their 2023 U.S. Benefits & Strategy Benchmarking Survey.
Ascentra earns this award for standing out among other employers in nine different categories related to benefits and compensation, wellbeing, turnover rate, workforce engagement, human resources technology, healthcare costs, financial wellbeing, communications and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives. Of more than 4,000 companies surveyed nationwide, 471 were selected and Ascentra was 1 of 36 credit unions named.

Data from Gallagher’s 2023 Benefits Strategy & Benchmarking Survey was interpreted to identify participants that excel in optimizing employee and organizational wellbeing.
