Bay Federal Credit Union promotes Tina Musgrave to AVP, Marketing & Member Engagement

CAPITOLA, CA (January 10, 2020) — Bay Federal Credit Union has announced the promotion of Tina Musgrave to the position of AVP, Marketing & Member Engagement.

Musgrave has been with Bay Federal for six years and has served the role of marketing and development manager since 2015. She has made significant contributions in the development and implementation of business plans to support organizational initiatives, the successful promotion of products and services, and supports major cross-functional projects while maintaining high service standards for internal teams and the membership.

In her new role, she will manage and direct digital marketing efforts to increase member engagement, drive revenue growth, and actionable insights to support the strategic vision of the credit union.

“I’m excited to enhance our digital focus for our membership,” Musgrave said. “Bringing a ‘digital-in-all-ways’ approach to our products and services will allow us to bring a personalized experience for each one of our members.”

Musgrave was a recipient of the 2017 Service Excellence Award, Bay Federal’s highest honor for employees. She is also a graduate of Leadership Santa Cruz County, and BayFedU, the credit union’s management training program. She resides in Aptos with her husband and son.
