Bay Federal Credit Union welcomes Kenny Au as new VP of Product Management

CAPITOLA, CA (August 16, 2018) — Bay Federal Credit Union has hired Kenny Au as Vice President of Product Management. He will be responsible for product development and overseeing a number of departments, including card services, loan services, deposit production, and deposit services.

In his role, Au will look for ways to leverage technology to streamline processes and implement service improvements. In addition to that, he will develop Bay Federal’s financial product offerings.

“Bay Federal has such a good reputation in giving back to the Santa Cruz community,” Au said. “I’m excited to contribute by identifying ways to take the member experience to the next level.”

Au brings more than 20 years of experience in the financial industry, where he has held a variety of management roles. For the past eight years, he was in charge of the overall member experience at NuVision Credit Union as call center manager. Prior to that, he ran the Contact Center at Financial Partners Credit Union and also worked as a manager at FAA First Federal Credit Union.
