BillingTree kicks off its 2018 research series with ‘Collection Agency Operations and Technology’ survey

The influential 'Operations and Technology' Survey Series underwritten by BillingTree for the sixth consecutive year

BillingTree®, the leading payment technology provider, has launched its sixth annual 'Operations and Technology' Survey Series, beginning with the Accounts Receivable Management (ARM) industry. The 2018 Collection Agency Operations and Technology survey will examine current and future market trends, as well as opportunities and challenges in the ARM industry, to provide key decision-makers with an up-to-date benchmark on technology use and best practices in their sector.

The company's influential ARM report, taken across hundreds of organizations of all sizes, aims to help collection agencies better understand the current economic, technology and compliance challenges as well as future technology adoption rates and opportunities in the ARM industry.

The survey is now open with the results to be published this Spring. Survey participants that complete the questionnaire receive a complimentary copy of the full report before it is offered to the public, as well as gain access to the previous five years of ARM insights. "The BillingTree survey series allows us to share over half a decade of industry knowledge and perspective across key verticals from hundreds of participating companies," said Dave Yohe, VP of Marketing at BillingTree. "Over the past five years we have been running the ARM survey, we've benchmarked significant variations in terms of planned technology adoption, compliance concerns and many more.

"Last year's survey uncovered many interesting developments with PCI Compliance topping the priority list for agencies, plus a sharp rise in compliance concerns related to card brand guidelines. With the US under a new administration for the first time since the survey's incarnation, it will be interesting to see whether this is reflected in the 2018 findings."
