Tamara Ciccioli, CEO at Bridgeton Onized Federal Credit Union, said she generally considers herself a creative person, but wearing so many hats as a small credit union CEO made it challenging to implement her ideas and achieve the credit union’s strategic objectives. She sought the help of Your Marketing Co., to assist the $41.3 million credit union reach its growth goals.

While she’d participated in many strategic planning sessions, Ciccioli had never done one specifically for marketing until Your Marketing Co. “He asked a lot of good questions of our senior team,” Ciccioli said, “very in-depth questions that made us think. It made us uncomfortable in a good way.”
