AUSTIN, TEXAS (February 4, 2019) — Buzz Points, Inc., the next-generation rewards platform for community financial institutions, has launched an update to their cardholder mobile app. The update will be available for both iOS and Android operating systems.
Cardholders enrolled in Buzz Points earn points on every transaction made with their eligible credit or debit cards, as well as for account-based behaviors. They are able to track their program status via a desktop and mobile app. The mobile app update that pushed out this week features a simplified user experience and includes the ability to link cards for the popular Real-Time Rewards redemption option.
“Although the core features of the app remained largely the same, the technology behind the app has been entirely rebuilt from the ground up, allowing a simplified UX with a more streamlined experience for cardholders. The ability to link a card via the mobile app will be a great convenience for users and the clean look and feel easily lends itself to white-label program implementation,” said Stuart Cook, CTO at Buzz Points.
