C. myers corporation,a national leader in strategy and decision information, will present two A/LM Education events in Phoenix, Arizona:The Fundamentals: Using A/LM for Actionable Business Intelligence, and The Next Step: Connecting A/LM with Strategy, on March 21-23, 2018.

C. myers’ flagship two-day course,The Fundamentals: Using A/LM for Actionable Business Intelligence, will show how to use asset/liability management (A/LM) to provide decision-makers actionable business intelligence.  Participants will work in teams using case studies of real credit unions and leave the session better equipped to make business decisions.

The Next Step: Connecting A/LM with Strategy, builds upon the concepts in The Fundamentals: Using A/LM for Actionable Business Intelligence.  There is less and less room for error in the financial services industry, and the consequences of not asking the right questions have become more severe.  This one-day course will focus on questions to ask when contemplating key strategic decisions.  Throughout the course, there will be opportunities to discuss specific questions, issues, and decisions participants may be considering.
