Communicating Arts Credit Union (CACU) Welcomes Annette Watts as New VP of Human Resources and Branching

Communicating Arts Credit Union (CACU) recently appointed Annette Watts to the position of Vice President of Human Resources and Branching.

With over 20 years of experience in the Human Resource industry, her responsibilities with CACU include oversight of its HR functional activities including hiring, employee benefits, diversity recruitment, performance management, and employee relations. In addition, Watts has overall responsibility for branch operations, where the goal is to deliver efficient, professional, high quality financial services to credit union members.

Prior to Communicating Arts Credit Union, Watts worked for Budco, a provider of fulfillment and direct marketing solutions, based in Highland Park, Michigan. As Vice President, she was responsible for all HR functional activities and community development. Watts also actively served as a board member of Communicating Arts Credit Union during that time.

She worked for Resource Consultants, Inc., a professional services company based in Vienna, Virginia. She was responsible for establishing a facility to handle government contract work in Brownstown Township, Michigan.

Annette is a graduate of Wayne State University with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science/Public Administration and a longtime member of Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).
