EUREKA, CA (March 31, 2022) — Compass Community Credit Union celebrated America Saves Week during the week of February 21, 2022. Each day of the week focused on a different area of finances to help individuals and families address short- and long-term savings goals to achieve better financial stability, along with strategies for how they might get there.
The topics for the week included: “Saving is a habit, not a destination,” “Save for opportunities, not emergencies,” “Save to retire – Don’t want to wait too long before you start saving for the future,” “Set a Budget and stick to it,” and “Save as a Family.” The response from members was very positive.
