Cooke, Millar and DiGiovanni partner with OmniChannel

Financial services veterans will build FinancialFeed brand

LA MESA, CA (July 24, 2018) — OmniChannel Communications, a full-service marketing agency serving fintechs and other financial institution service providers, has announced three new appointments to its team.

Sarah Snell Cooke, Kelsie Millar and Myriam DiGiovanni will lead efforts to grow OmniChannel’s FinancialFeed service, which provides daily financial literacy content to credit unions and banks. Cooke and Millar have been named account executives, and DiGiovanni has been named content manager.

Cooke, principal at Cooke Consulting Solutions, is a communications and business development expert with nearly 20 years in the credit union community. Prior to launching her business, Cooke served as publisher and editor-in-chief at Credit Union Times. Cooke also serves as secretary of the board at the $450 million APL FCU. She holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Arts in political science with a minor in journalism.

Millar brings more than five years of fintech experience to FinancialFeed that includes customer service, sales and marketing. She most recently worked at Wells Fargo, helping the bank revitalize its brand in the San Diego market.

DiGiovanni has more than 25 years of experience writing for the financial services industry, including reporter positions at Credit Union Timesand The Financial Brand. She also served as director of social media at CU Times’ parent company, ALM Media, and was social media manager at The Financial Brand.She is principal at DiGiovanni Consulting and has a Bachelor of Arts in English from Florida Atlantic University.
