Crawford Technologies hosts Fourth Annual Customer Communications Virtual Summit on May 11

TORONTO, ON (April 21, 2023)Crawford Technologies, a leading provider of innovative document solutions that streamline, improve and manage customer communications, announces that its fourth annual Customer Communications Virtual Summit will take place on Thursday, May 11, beginning at 10:00 a.m. ET. The full-day complimentary event, hosted under the theme, “Expand Your Possibilities,” brings together industry experts and leaders in customer communications management (CCM) to share meaningful insights on the trends, strategies and innovations pivotal to the success of an organization’s digital transformation initiatives and delivery of an exceptional customer experience.

Ernie Crawford, president and CEO of Crawford Technologies, will once again welcome attendees to share his perspective on the future of customer communications in an increasingly digital-first world. After Crawford’s welcome and keynote address sets the direction for the day, attendees have the opportunity to attend a variety of sessions across three tracks: Enterprise Output Management, eDelivery & Content Services, and Document Accessibility.
