MUSKEGO, WI (April 30, 2019) — InterLutions, a credit union service organization (CUSO) specializing in employee benefit services, is inviting credit union human resource professionals to collaborate through its I-Care HR forums.
Over the next few months the CUSO is hosting several in-person educational forums located at credit unions across the country. Each forum will offer a full-day of employee benefit topics related to compensation studies, wellness strategies, benchmarking data specific to credit unions, and a roundtable discussion facilitated by InterLutions.
“The HR forums have given me an opportunity to meet with peers, share new challenges and ideas, and hear from experts in the field of HR,” said Terri Green, Vice President Human Resources at Fox Communities Credit Union. “It’s always beneficial when you can bounce ideas off like-minded credit union HR managers that are experiencing similar challenges in different markets.”
The CUSO is also excited to announce the launch of its digital HR forum, a secure online portal and email channel specifically for credit union human resource managers. The online forum, titled CUHR, gives users the ability to pose questions and strategies to their peers across the country.
“This digital and social networking idea was actually brought to us from a credit union executive during a roundtable discussion,” said Jesse Kohl, President of InterLutions. “The credit union industry has some really nice networking opportunities, including email list-servs and department-specific conferences, but this digital HR forum will be one-of-a-kind, and exclusive to credit union HR professionals. We’re excited to launch CUHR and believe this digital resource will be the go-to spot for benefit, healthcare, and insurance-related conversations.”
