CU Engage welcomes new Director of Operations
ST PETERSBURG, FL (June 20, 2019) — CU Engage is proud to announce Nell DeMattia as our new Director of Operations. She brings over 20 years of Business Process Optimization, Transformation and Expansion experience to CU Engage. Nell’s primary focus at CU Engage will be to optimize the consulting and business analyst operations and provide best practices around efficiency management to our credit union clients.

Prior to joining CU Engage, Nell was Director of Execution Services at Fiserv Strategy and Innovation. She is a Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Certified Business Analyst (CBA). She has successfully implemented process and organizational change across financial institutions, resulting in millions of dollars of expense reduction and resource re-allocation.
